3 out of 20 panels were slightly damaged. I accepted they are fragile and came far away from China. When I complained, I was told to provide photos of the panels (which I provided), the damaged package, pictures of the top, bottom, and sides of the box, packaging materials inside the box, and the tracking number outside the box. I explained that I had already thrown away the boxes, so it was impossible to provide them, so the reply was: 'Then you are not entitled to any compensation.' In my opinion, they asked for an unreasonable amount of evidence. I wasn’t happy but after a few weeks, they came back and refunded 3 panels. Fortunately, the damaged panels are behind the bed, so I can’t see them. The end result is stunning and guests are really impressed. Although I do think the complain process was too long, I’ll give it 5 stars.
