I wanted to give 5 stars since I'm pleased with the panels, but unfortunately, due to poor customer service, I will provide a lower score. 3 out of 20 panels were slightly damaged. I accepted that since they are fragile and came far away from China. When I complained nicely, I was told to provide an unreasonable amount of 'evidence'. They wanted photos of the panels (which I provided), the damaged package, pictures of the top, bottom, and sides of the box, packaging materials inside the box, and the tracking number outside the box. I explained that I had already thrown away the boxes, so it was impossible to provide them, so the reply was cold: 'Then you are not entitled to any compensation.' They saw the damaged panels; I felt they didn't believe me. Hence, they asked for unreasonable evidence. It's a shame because I love the panels, but it's too risky to buy such an expensive purchase from so far away.
